Bonnie Hillard

Bonnie Hillard brings more than 15 years of leadership, sales, and operational experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer of MH Estates. She began her career in hospitality management before advancing into senior sales leadership, where she developed a strong foundation in team management, customer relationships, and business operations.

Bonnie transitioned into real estate alongside her husband, Major Hillard, helping grow their manufactured housing portfolio from a small number of homes into multiple communities. By 2015, she was managing more than 100 rental units, including manufactured home sites and financed notes, while overseeing property management, employees, collections, and day-to-day operations.

In 2017, Bonnie left the corporate world to focus full-time on MH Estates. Since then, she has helped oversee the growth and operations of hundreds of rental units and financed homes. In 2020, she obtained her Manufactured Home Dealer’s License in South Carolina and founded Manufactured Home Outlet (MHO), expanding the company’s ability to provide homeownership and financing opportunities within its communities.

Today, Bonnie oversees the day-to-day operations of MH Estates, with a focus on building strong teams, improving company processes, and creating consistency across the company’s growing portfolio. Her hands-on leadership style and commitment to both residents and employees continue to play an important role in the growth and culture of MH Estates.
