Dr. David Rigby

Dr. David Rigby is an internationally recognized expert in water and wastewater engineering, environmental sustainability, and water resource management. Throughout his career, he has designed more than 800 major water and wastewater treatment and pumping projects and has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal permitting agencies.

His experience includes consulting for major corporations and international organizations, as well as serving as a teaching professor at George Washington University. As an advisor to MH Estates, Dr. Rigby provides specialized expertise in evaluating wastewater systems, navigating regulatory requirements, and developing practical, cost-effective solutions for the communities we acquire and operate.
