Lawrence Hoffman

Lawrence Hoffman brings more than four decades of accounting, finance, and real estate experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer of MH Estates. He began his career with PwC before founding LJH & Associates, CPAs & Advisors in 1982, where he built an accounting and advisory firm serving clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and across the country.

Throughout his career, Lawrence has worked extensively with real estate owners, developers, property management companies, investors, and syndicators across both residential and commercial real estate. His experience extends beyond financial advisory services - he has personally owned and invested in a variety of real estate assets, including manufactured housing communities, commercial properties, residential housing, shopping centers, flex warehouses, and land development.

Lawrence has also founded and owned an investment bank and has advised on numerous real estate syndications, investment properties, and funds. His extensive financial background provides MH Estates with valuable expertise in financial strategy, investment analysis, capital markets, and the continued growth of the organization.

Today, as CFO of MH Estates, Lawrence works alongside the executive team to strengthen the company's financial strategy, support investment and capital initiatives, and help guide the long-term financial direction of the organization.
